## 返金します。それだけです。

AIOProductOSを実際の環境で試してください。合わなければ、お金は返します。最終更新日：10 June 2026。

### 30日間の返金保証

どのAIOProductOSプランにも、**30日間の返金保証**が初回のお支払いに付いています——どのプランでも、理由を問いません。チームに合わないと感じたら、その初回のお支払いから30日以内にご連絡いただければ、全額返金します。無料プランはありません。どのプランも、実際のデータを使った14日間の立ち上げ期間から始まり、その後にこの保証が決断のリスクを取り除きます。

### 返金の申請方法

アカウントに登録しているメールアドレスから、初回のお支払いから30日以内に、office@aioproductos.comまでご連絡ください。この「初回のお支払い」とは14日目の自動移行時点を指し、登録時点ではありません。ワークスペース名をお知らせいただければ、それだけで対応できます。返金が承認されると、決済代行会社であるStripeが元のお支払い方法に返金します。通常5〜10営業日以内に完了します。

### 対象になるもの

- **初回のお支払い（プラン・支払い周期を問わず）** — Start、Team、Businessのいずれでも、月払い・年払いを問いません。年払いプランの初回支払いは年間全額であり、月払いと同じ期間内であれば全額返金対象です。エンタープライズ契約は、署名済みの注文書に従います。
- **理由は問いません** — 理由を説明する必要はありません。「合わなかった」という一言で十分です。

### 対象にならないもの

- **更新分。** 保証の対象は初回のお支払いのみです。その後は、更新前にいつでも解約すれば次回の請求を避けられます。更新分の支払いは返金対象外です。

### 解約について

「設定 → 請求」からいつでも解約できます。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に反映され、それまでは利用を続けられます。その後も短い期間、データの書き出しが可能です。

### 契約先について

AIOProductOSはAIOProductOS Inc.（デラウェア州のC-Corp、米国）が運営しています。サブスクリプションはAIOProductOS Inc.が販売し、決済はStripeが安全に処理します。価格には該当する場合の付加価値税や売上税は含まれず、決済時に加算されます。ご質問はoffice@aioproductos.comまで。
