# 退款政策 —— AIOProductOS

### 30 天退款保证

每个 AIOProductOS 套餐都有 **30 天的首次付款退款保证**——不论哪个档位，不需要理由。如果 AIOProductOS 不适合你的团队，在首次扣费后 30 天内给我们发邮件，我们会全额退款。没有免费档位；每个套餐都会先基于你的真实数据经历 14 天的上手期，之后才会转为正式扣费，而这项保证就是为了让这个决定没有风险。

### 如何申请退款

用你账户上的邮箱地址发邮件到 office@aioproductos.com，在首次付款后 30 天内——这里说的首次付款是指第 14 天的转化扣费，不是注册那一刻——并告诉我们你的工作区名称。这就是我们需要的全部信息。我们会批准退款，由我们的支付服务商 Stripe 把钱退回你最初使用的支付方式，通常需要 5 到 10 个工作日。

### 涵盖范围

- **首次付款，任何档位或计费周期** ——Start、Team 或 Business，按月或按年计费均可。年付套餐的首次付款是全年金额，可以在同一时间窗口内全额退款，和月付一样。企业合同以签署的订单为准。
- **不需要理由** ——你不用解释原因，「不适合我们」就足够了。

### 不在保证范围内

- **续费。** 这项保证只适用于首次付款。之后，你可以在续费前随时取消以避免下一次扣费——续费产生的付款不可退款。

### 取消订阅

你可以随时在「设置 → 账单」里取消订阅。取消会在当前计费周期结束时生效；在此之前你仍可正常使用，之后还有一小段时间可以导出你的数据。

### 你在向谁付款

AIOProductOS 由 AIOProductOS Inc. 运营（一家特拉华州的 C-Corp，注册于美国）。订阅由 AIOProductOS Inc. 销售；付款由 Stripe 安全处理。价格不含增值税或销售税（如适用会在结算时加收）。有问题请联系：office@aioproductos.com。
