The product

Your use of AIOProductOS is governed by the service terms presented at signup, which are the binding agreement between you and us. This page covers the website only. Figures and screens shown here are illustrative and labelled "Example data."

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site - no scraping at scale, probing, or attempting to disrupt it. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

Billing, plans & refunds

AIOProductOS is operated by AIOProductOS Inc. (a Delaware C-Corporation, United States). Subscriptions are sold by AIOProductOS Inc.; payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable, and card data is handled by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Plans are flat by tier - member counts are allowances, not a per-seat meter. Extra agent seats are $29/mo. Prices are in USD and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We give at least 30 days' notice before any price change to an active subscription.

There is no permanent free plan. Every workspace starts with a 7-day free trial on your own data, and no credit card is required to begin. After 7 days the workspace locks until you pick a plan and add a card; your first payment is charged when you pick that plan. Each plan then carries a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first payment, any tier - see our Refund Policy.

Liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.
