The 14-day money-back guarantee

Every AIOProductOS plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment — any tier, no questions asked. If AIOProductOS isn't right for your team, email us within 14 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full. There's no free tier and no trial; this guarantee is how we take the risk off the decision instead.

How to request a refund

Email hello@aioproductos.com from the address on your account, within 14 days of your first payment, and tell us the workspace name — that's all we need. We approve the refund and Paddle, our payment provider, returns the money to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

What's covered

• Your first payment, any tier — Start, Team, or Business. Enterprise agreements follow their signed order form.
• No questions asked — you don't have to justify it. "Not for us" is enough.

What's not covered

• Renewals. The guarantee applies to your first payment. After that, cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the next charge — renewal payments aren't refundable.
• Usage overage. Extra agent task-runs beyond your plan's allowance (€0.20/run) are consumed when used and aren't refundable.

Cancelling

You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then and can export your data for 30 days after.

Who you're buying from

AIOProductOS is operated by AIITDEVELOPMENT DOO Novi Sad (Novosadskog Sajma 6, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia). Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles payment, billing, and applicable VAT or sales tax. Questions: hello@aioproductos.com.
