How long does an import take?
Minutes for most workspaces. You paste a token, pick what to bring, and the records land on the spine — already joined to the accounts and features they belong to.

What happens to the token I paste?
It is used once for the import and never stored. The import is one-way and read-only on the source — nothing is written back to the tool you came from.

Does importing cost anything?
No. Import is free, on every plan. You pay for the modules you use, not for bringing your own history onto the spine.

Can I keep using my current tools while I move?
Yes. Import brings the history in so you can start with full context; live connectors keep the data flowing in if you want to run both for a while.
