Starting price

$19/maker/mo (billed annually; $25/maker/mo monthly)

Yes: a free-forever $0 plan with 50 AI credits/month, unlimited roadmaps, 500 feedback notes, 25 contributors, and 1 portal. No credit card required.

Add-ons and metering

What Productboard does well

Best-in-class feedback aggregation: it pulls signals from a wide source set (Zendesk, Gong, Slack, email, review sites, CRM imports) into one Insights layer and ties each note to features and roadmap items, so PMs prioritize by weighted customer demand instead of gut feel.

Where it breaks for revenue-driven product work

Prioritization anchors on signal volume and segments, not account revenue. Out of the box, feedback is not joined to account MRR or ARR, so the backlog cannot be ranked by retention, expansion, or deal value. Revenue context depends on the Salesforce integration, which is Enterprise-only, and even that surfaces which accounts asked rather than a revenue-weighted ranking. There is no native loop verifying post-ship adoption or revenue, so 'what did shipping this earn or retain' lives outside the tool.

The decision

Productboard vs AIOProductOS, on the questions that decide it

Question Productboard AIOProductOS
Pricing shape Per maker, from $19/mo annually; AI metered by credits per maker Flat by tier from $199/mo, seats within tier limits, every module included
Feedback joined to account revenue Enterprise tier only, via Salesforce Default: every note carries its account's plan and MRR
Post-ship outcome verdict Not native; usage integrations show adoption only Every shipped feature carries adoption, MRR adopted, retention
Delivery context Pushes to Jira/ADO; customer context thins in transit Work items keep the requesting accounts attached through ship

Choose Productboard when

Choose Productboard when feedback centralization is the job, the team already runs delivery elsewhere, and revenue weighting can wait for an Enterprise contract. Its source coverage and Insights triage are genuinely the deepest available.

Choose AIOProductOS when

Choose AIOProductOS when the question behind the roadmap is 'which paying accounts asked, and what happened after we shipped.' Feedback, revenue, work, and outcomes sit on one customer record, at a flat price that does not scale with maker count.

FAQ

Productboard pricing and fit, answered

How much does Productboard cost?

As of August 2026, Productboard's paid plans start at $19 per maker per month billed annually ($25 monthly). Business is $59/maker/mo annually with a 2-maker minimum, and Enterprise is quote-based with a 5-maker minimum. A free-forever plan exists with 500 feedback notes and 50 AI credits a month. Contributors do not count as makers.

Does Productboard connect feedback to revenue?

Only partially, and only at the top tier. Revenue context arrives through the Salesforce integration, which is Enterprise-only, and it shows which accounts asked rather than ranking features by the revenue at stake. On lower tiers, prioritization runs on request volume, segments, and manually weighted drivers, not on account MRR or ARR.

When is Productboard the wrong choice?

When the team needs revenue-weighted prioritization without an Enterprise contract, or wants to verify what shipped features did to adoption and retention. Productboard hands work to a tracker and stops; the feedback-to-outcome loop stays open. Teams whose questions cross feedback, billing, and delivery need those systems joined on one record.
