Prioritize by revenue. Ship with context.

You spend half your week reconciling feedback from Intercom, Jira tickets, Slack threads, and a spreadsheet no one trusts. AIOProductOS puts customer feedback, the revenue behind every request, and your product work on one shared spine — so you finally know what to build next and why.

Sound familiar?

What slows product managers down today

  • Feedback arrives in five places and you have no idea which accounts asked for what feature, or how much revenue they represent.

The AIOInsights feedback feed pulls in signals from Canny, Productboard, Featurebase, Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, app-store reviews, surveys, and more — each item tagged to the account that raised it. Revenue-weighted prioritization then ranks your backlog by the MRR of the accounts behind each request, not by whoever shouted loudest in the last standup.

  • You open a support ticket, a Jira card, and a Stripe dashboard to understand one customer — and you still can not see the full picture.

Customer-360 joins everything on the spine: what they pay, every feature request they filed, their usage patterns, open tasks, and conversation history — one view, no tab-hopping.

  • Roadmap reviews turn into politics because nobody can prove which features are worth doing in what order.

PM boards and sprints let you surface revenue-weighted priority scores directly inside the planning view, so every roadmap call starts from the same factual baseline — customers, MRR, and existing commitments visible to everyone in the room.

  • Your methodology keeps shifting (Scrum, Shape Up, experiments) but your tools do not, so the team works around the process instead of inside it.

Methodology-morphing lets you switch a board between Scrum, Shape Up, Waterfall, and experiments without migrating data or rebuilding columns — the board reshapes itself around how your team actually works right now.

Built for the way you work

What product managers get on the spine

  • Revenue-Weighted Prioritization

Every item in your backlog can show the combined MRR of the accounts that requested it. When you sit down to rank features, you are working from real revenue signal, not gut feel or recency bias — which makes stakeholder conversations considerably shorter.

  • Insights Feedback Feed

Feedback from your connected sources — Canny, Productboard, Featurebase, Intercom, Zendesk, Slack, app-store reviews, Typeform, Dovetail, Notion, Discord, support chat, and manual capture — flows into a single feed, linked to the customer records on the spine. You can filter by segment, revenue tier, or connector, and convert any signal directly into a backlog item or task without leaving the view.

  • PM Boards and Sprints with Methodology Morphing

Run your discovery and delivery work in one place with boards that adapt to your chosen methodology — Scrum sprints, Shape Up cycles, Waterfall phases, or lightweight experiment tracks. The spine links every card back to the customer and revenue context it came from.

  • AIOInsights Copilot

Ask questions against your own data: which accounts have requested export functionality in the last 90 days, what is the average MRR of accounts on a specific plan, which open items are linked to churned accounts. Answers come from your records, not a generic language model making things up.

  • Codebase Brain

When you need to understand the technical scope of what you are planning, Codebase Brain renders your architecture as a live graph you can explore. You do not have to interrupt an engineer to ask where something lives — you can see the shape of the system yourself before the planning meeting.

The payoff

What changes for you.

  • Backlog prioritization grounded in revenue data, not opinion — every planning session starts from the same factual baseline.
  • Discovery to delivery in one surface — feedback, roadmap, sprints, and customer context joined so nothing gets lost in translation between tools.
  • Faster triage and escalation — Customer-360 means you walk into any account conversation knowing their plan, their open requests, and their usage, without pulling up three other tabs.
  • Methodology flexibility without migration pain — switch how your team works without rebuilding your board or exporting and reimporting data.

FAQ

AIOProductOS for product managers

We already use Jira for backlog and Linear for engineering work. Does AIOProductOS replace them or connect to them?

Both Jira and Linear are supported connectors. You can keep your existing tools and surface their data inside AIOProductOS so feedback, revenue, and product work are joined — or, if your team prefers, you can run PM boards and sprints natively. The choice is yours; the connectors are included, no per-connector fee.

How does revenue-weighted prioritization actually work? Does it require a Stripe integration?

Stripe is one of the 100+ supported connectors and the most common source of subscription revenue data. Once connected, the spine links customer records to their subscription value. If you bill through another provider or a custom system, you can connect that instead. The prioritization scoring then uses whatever revenue data lives on the spine.

Can AIOInsights answer questions about our specific customers and their feature requests, or is it a generic AI assistant?

AIOInsights answers from your own records on the spine — your accounts, your feedback items, your tasks, your revenue data. It does not pull from the internet or make up information. If the answer is not in your data, it will tell you that rather than hallucinate a response.

What does it cost and what is included?

AIOProductOS is available on flat plans from $199/mo, with every module included and connectors included, no per-connector fee. There is no per-seat pricing for core functionality and no feature gating between tiers for the modules themselves.

AIOProductOS gives product managers a single surface where customer feedback is joined to the revenue behind it and the product work being done because of it — so prioritization becomes a factual conversation, not a political one.
